Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to order being placed.

All orders are processed in USD as the currency.

Orders originated internationally will have currency price converted to USD for all estimates, invoices, and purchase orders.

Warranty Policy

Products purchased though us are subject to vendor policy and vendor warranty for exchanges and repairs.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. All purchases are custom-ordered for our clients; as such, all purchases are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.

Delivery Policy

Order delivery times are variable based on vendor, product availability, and the vendor provided delivery date.

Estimated delivery date will be provided at time of client purchase.

Orders are either directly shipped to one of our office locations or directly shipped to a client provided address.

All orders shipped from our office to a client provided address will have a tracking number provided to client.
